The recent WV PSC order has accepted the AEP/Allegheny motion to delay the statutory deadline for the WV PATH case from February 24, 2011 to May 16, 2010.  The power companies claimed in their motion that this would help them "realign" the three state cases, but there are currently no active applications in either MD or VA, so "realigning" is somewhat problematic as a reason for the request.  Nonetheless, the PSC granted the motion for delay.
