Order No. 83469 dealing with the name issue of Potomac Edison with 5% applying for a CPCN to build the PATH Project (attached). They have accepted that Potomac Edison is a proper applicant but reiterated that they will not consider the Company to have filed a complete Second Application “until such time as it files the evidence on which it intends to rely to prove ‘the need for the project in meeting demands for service.’”
